Sweet room design for little girl who loves princesses and sea creatures.

This must be the sweetest project I worked on to date!I've kept the colour pallet in powdered pinks, muted yellows and greys, to make it soft and cosy, but also timeless. And how much I had enjoyed it!

So, let's start from the beginning: A little girl (two-year-old) needs a safe, stimulating, cosy room that will be her little haven. She loves princesses and sea creatures- equally.

And luckily, the space we have for her is a comfortable size, so I can give her everything she needs without compromising yet keeping it functional and too much.

I've started with creating and comfortable, cosy sleeping space, using extendable bed, so it will grow with her. Little rocking chair and princess like canopy makes this space look dreamy ...

Then moved on to creating a cosy reading corner, with floating pink and grey cubes for a library and storage bench for reading and playing. all on the sea themed rug with a pile of soft octopus cushions for that reading on the floor moods. And of course, an accessible wardrobe with drawers to encourage tiding up yourself attitude that All parents will be grateful for in the future.

Lastly, very important part of any toddler's room - PLAY space! I made sure that there is plenty space to be creative and tabletops to allow it. All supported by cleaver storage, so all those paint and brushes can be easily tidy away, and some storage high on the wall will help the parents to keep some of those toys out of reach (until they will be desire again).

It was important that this room's layout will allow to move around easily, and furniture were light and movable. This room will grow with a child, as it is flexible and easily adjustable.

I've kept the colour pallet in powdered pinks, muted yellows and greys, to make it soft and cosy, but also timeless. Pink polka dot wallpaper is going as high as the door frame, to optically reduce the ceiling hight and make the room feel more snug!
